The process of making moulds for plastic materials starts with the raw material: steel or aluminium, sourced from selected suppliers, are subjected to numerous processes to give shape to moulds that are precise in every detail. Our machine park includes high-speed 3 to 6-axis machining centres, operated by specialised personnel working in close synergy with the engineering department to optimise production times and flows. With machines that have a working area of 2500×2000 mm with no weight limits, we can guarantee great production versatility to our customers. Finally, we can count on a finishing department made up of specialised professionals with great craftsmanship sensitivity. As many as ten employees finish, polish and assemble the moulds and are able to detect even the smallest burrs to ensure a flawless finished product.
